Privacy policy.

This notice covers this website and business enquiries sent to RecruitConnections about our marketing and client-acquisition services. It does not cover a law firm's prospective-client intake or legal services.

Who to contact

RecruitConnections is operated by Ashish Agrawal. For questions about personal information, contact ashish@recruitconnections.com.

Information used for a business enquiry

If you email us, your correspondence may include your name, business contact details, firm, role and information you choose to share about your marketing needs. We use this to respond, arrange a conversation, prepare a proposal and manage the resulting business relationship.

Where UK data protection law applies, our basis for handling ordinary business correspondence is our legitimate interest in responding to requests and discussing relevant services. If you personally enter a contract with us, information needed to take requested steps before that contract or perform it may be processed on that basis.

Website visits

The website itself does not use advertising pixels, analytics scripts, embedded calendars or enquiry forms. Its pages do not set tracking cookies or use local storage. Hosting services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. Any hosting-platform sign-in operates separately from the website pages.

Service providers and access

Email and hosting providers process information needed to provide their services. Business correspondence is handled by Ashish and may be accessed outside the UK. Contact us if you need information about handling arrangements before sharing personal data. Do not send sensitive personal information or prospective-client files through this website contact.

How long information is kept

Business correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to respond to the enquiry, maintain an active commercial relationship or retain records required for an agreed service, legal obligation or dispute. The nature of the enquiry, whether a relationship proceeds and any record-keeping requirement determine the relevant period.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request corrections or deletion, or object to its use for direct marketing. Other rights, including restriction and portability, may apply depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Email the address above to make a request or raise a concern.

If UK data protection law applies, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Law-firm campaigns

Consumer enquiry capture, qualification and booking require separate, campaign-specific privacy information and agreed responsibilities. This business-enquiry notice is not a consent form or a privacy notice for those activities.
